Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • I understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen. Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. After one reschedule, a $20 rescheduling fee will be added to any additional changes. No Call / No Show Policy • Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
